Theron von Behren

Vice President – Operations

Prior to joining the Vesta team, Theron was the director of quality at CoreLogic Valuation Services (formerly Quantrix Valuation).  In that role he led a market-driven organizational transformation focused on the improvement of first-time, top-quality appraisal product delivery.  Theron, a certified residential appraiser, started his career in the real estate services industry in 2003 as an independent fee appraiser working in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.  In the fall of 2006 he left fieldwork behind to work for Quantrix Valuation as an assistant operations manager.  By 2009 he was promoted to quality control manager, and in 2010 he was named director of quality.

Theron graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  He also attended the university’s College of Education & Human Development on a post-grad basis where he completed his initial licensure for the Masters of Education program. 

Theron lives in South St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, Jessica, and their three children.
