Karla Miller Iverson co-founded Vesta Valuation and leads operations and production. Prior to joining the real-estate services industry, she spent 13 years working in manufacturing at Honeywell International where her responsibilities included product management and development and applying the Six Sigma methodology to streamline manufacturing processes.  In 2006, Karla joined Quantrix Valuation (now CoreLogic Valuation Services) and built an operations team that processed more than 350,000 orders a year.  She has gained significant experience in panel management, operations, quality control, and the technologies used by appraisal management companies for order production and fulfillment. 

Karla has a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Management and a BlackBelt in Honeywell’s signature Six Sigma Plus methodology.  She also has direct and applied experience in Lean principles. 

Karla lives in Minnetrista, Minnesota, with her husband, Tom, and their son.
